Emergency Homeless Prevention
The City of O’Fallon has contracted with Saints Joachim & Ann Care Service and the Northeast Community Action Corporation (NECAC) to administer the Emergency Homeless Prevention Program. The program helps low- to moderate-income O’Fallon residents on the verge of homelessness remain in their homes through financial assistance with mortgage, rent and utilities.
To get assistance through this program, you must dial 2-1-1 and follow the prompts (press "2," enter your ZIP code, press "3"). The caller will be instructed to leave a message, which will be returned by a case manager within 72 hours.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact Saints Joachim & Ann Care Service at 636-441-1302 or NECAC at 636-272-3477.
